Dear Wharton Alumni and Friends,

It is my pleasure to invite you to attend the Wharton Global Alumni Forum in Milan, one of the world’s most beautiful and historic cities, on May 17-18, 2012. The first Forum to be held in Milan, this event will be a wonderful opportunity for enhanced engagement among all of Wharton’s alumni and friends.  The Forum’s theme is “Switching Gears.”

Open to Wharton’s global alumni community of more than 86,000, the Forum promises to present all attendees with stimulating and rewarding discussions, as well as unparalleled opportunities to network with other alumni from around the world.  To ensure the success of the Forum, we are working to secure the world’s preeminent business leaders to serve as panelists and key-note speakers.  We are confident that this Forum will continue our long-established tradition of excellence.

As one of the key centers of European business and finance, Milan is a terrific location for this event.  The city is home to a large and growing population of Wharton alumni, and with its unparalleled culture and history, it is a unique and inviting travel destination for alumni from around the world.  The Forum in Milan will be the 41st in the series, which started in 1993.

On behalf of the Wharton School, we would be honored by your attendance at this year’s Forum.  A delegation of outstanding Wharton faculty will be there.

Our School’s leadership looks forward to seeing you in Milan and to enhancing your relationship with Wharton’s international alumni community.

Sincerely,

Thomas S. Robertson
