Mr. Tecilla is Chief Executive Officer of Tucano Urbano, a manufacturer and distributor of accessories and apparel for urban mobility.

Prior to Tucano Urbano, Mr. Tecilla spent five years at Investitori Associati, an Italian mid-market private equity fund with 1.2 billion Euros under management. At Investitori Associati he closed a number of transactions in the consumer, retail and industrial space.

Before that, in 1999 Mr. Tecilla joined the Boston Consulting Group, where he spent five years working for the Milan, Paris, Chicago and Hong Kong offices. At BCG he carried out business development and operational effectiveness projects in the retail, consumer, industrial e luxury businesses.

Prior to BCG, Mr. Tecilla had begun his career in 1997 at the Italian National Research Council, where he consulted industrial clients on technology sourcing.

Mr. Tecilla has been a member of the Board of Directors of Grandi Navi Veloci SpA, Bluvacanze SpA, Cisalpina Tours SpA, Blu Holding SpA and Going Srl.

Mr. Tecilla is the President of the Wharton Club of Italy. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from the Wharton School.
