Professor Giovanni Fattore is associate professor of Public and Health Care Management at Bocconi University, Milan, Italy. He earned his M.Sc. in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University and his Ph.D. in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is member of the Steering Committee of the Centre on Health Care Management (CERGAS), member of the Research Committee and professor of SDA (the business school) at Bocconi University. He is past president of the Italian Association of Health Economics (AIES) and past member of the Board of the European Health Management Association (EHMA). He teaches courses in public management, research methods and health policy at the undergraduate, graduate, masters and Ph.D. levels. Prof. Fattore’s research interests focus on health care management & policy. He has published some 100 articles or book chapters in Italian and leading international journals. Since 2011 he has been Associate Editor of the journal Health Policy.
