Antoine Dréan is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Triago, an independent agent dedicated to the private equity fund community. Triago has three lines of business: fundraising advisory, secondary transaction advisory, and strategic advisory. The company, created in 1992, has raised capital for over 100 private equity funds from more than 300 institutional and high net worth investors worldwide. The firm has also advised on more than 1,000 secondary transactions and worked on over 30 strategic mandates. With 31 employees representing 15 different nationalities, Triago operates from three offices in New York, Paris and Dubai. The firm has done business in over 40 countries to date. Dow Jones ranks Triago 5th worldwide in raising money for general partners from new investors.

Antoine is also the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Mantra, an investment company with approximately €100 million in capital, exclusively dedicated to “alternative private equity” (listed private equity funds and non-traditional private equity funds). Mantra has twelve employees and is based in Paris and New York.

Antoine began his career in an investment advisory firm specialized in distressed situations. He subsequently created an M&A boutique, which he sold to an American investment bank in 1990, prior to finishing his studies in the United States.

Antoine earned an MBA from the Wharton School in 1992 and is a member of its Executive Board for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
